Spike Chunsoft has announced an official Japanese version of the game:

It's a little unfortunate that the PC version won't be available for a while, but with the official Japanese announcement, we will be concluding this fan project.

PC版はおそく出ないので少し残念ですが、公式日本語発表とともに、こちらのプロジェクトは停止させていただきます。
